Hypodermic needles everywhere you walk. This park is randomly closed 80% of the time without a rhyme or reason. Wonderful view of the bay WHEN ITS OPEN.
Don’t waste your time trying to stop by as the gate is most likely closed, keeping you from entering.

Easily accessible and free boat launch right in Providence. Easy access to the river and bay!

The place is good to saltwater fishing during the day but the schedule is not very friendly. The gate is closed early in the morning. If you try to get stripped bass at dawn or dusk, is closed. A lost opportunity.

I like coming to here sometimes to sit eating my food and drinks..
It's a good place to do fishing on the weekend which I like doing during the summer open hours time of this nice quiet park.

Great ramp.
Very steep into deep water. Launched a 24' cruiser with 3.5' draft. Had 10' underneath at low tide.
Docks in good condition on both sides. Lot is sufficient, and there's even a porta potty.
The steepness did call for 4-wheel drive on retrieval, but that's no problem for us.
