Ryan is top notch! Had a small issue, he got me in and out in 15minutes! Highly recommend using these guys. Their customer service and attention to detail is amazing!

I took my boat here to replace the seals on my lower units on my twin engines. They told me that the seals were froze up and could not be changed and that I needed 2 new lower units. I ordered the 2 lower units and had them install them. After they installed the lower units they told me that the shift shaft was defective in some way on both motors and that the power heads on both motors needed to be pulled in order to fix it but that they didn’t have have the time to do so and if they did it would be $5k in labor. I picked up the boat and took it to another shop who told me that who ever installed the new lower units did not have the shift gear lined up when stabbing them and bent both shift shafts which would potentially destroy both of my brand new lower units. Coastline marine charged me hundreds of dollars in labor just to make the issue much much worse. I do not recommend this shop in the slightest.

From the first call to Cole and Chad to discuss the issue with my boat, to the excellent customer experience from Ryan and his service team, everything was 1st class and customer focused. The service team is the best I've ever experienced. They are the real deal! Great job guys! I highly recommend this group, no matter where you live. I bought my SCB from Cole and Chad 2 1/2 years ago and will be back for any upgrades and/or purchases moving forward.

Ryan and his team there went above and beyond to repair a little “accident” I had with my boat on the first day on the water. The repair looks great and they turned it around in one day. When my trolling motor had a faulty connection in the plug, Ryan met me on the water to diagnose and repair it. I can’t say enough good things about this place on both the sales and the service side.

Coastline built custom removable casting tower for my SCB R24. Fit and finish was perfect in every way. Fits like a glove. Highly recommend.
