What a joke! We've been waiting over 3 months for a boat part to arrive from this business. We have made bi-weekly contact with them via emails - can't get a real person to talk to, just voice mail that's not returned. There appears to be lots of untruths when we ask about our order, varying from emails that "cancelled" our order, "have the parts out today", "need a tracking number, but don't have it cuz its in my wifes car", "the printer is broken so can't get a tracking number", and on and on it goes. NEVER order from here if you expect a part or service of any kind. One star is somewhat generous.
