Chongs marine is legit!!!! 20 year old volvo penta tore the bellows while at the sand bar. Boat took on water but i made back onto the trailer. Was given chongs number by precision marine. Chongs had the parts in stock and had the repair done in 2 hrs. Price and service was exceptional. They saved my vacation. I paid a little extra for the top level support and i urge all customers to give a little extra. Becuase they give alot.

I took my 89 Four Winns in for shifter cable to be replaced Nov 2022. I was informed that it was probably the interrupt module. After 7 months the shifter cable was replaced and I got my boat back in May 2023. Only problem, the motor cover was missing. Another couple months went by and they Mickey mouse’s an old cover that was in the yard to fit. The motor cover did not have handrails that are attached to the motor cover to slide in the back seats. I recently got the handrails June 2024, so I could install them myself. I feel this dragged out so long because I was a woman.

The staff, the family, everyone involved gives their best. The work is done 110%. I have difficult equipment and no one complains. Probably the best in Lake Havasu City.
