Great, quiet spot to go fishing and experience nature. No gas powered boats. Has a small dock to help launch kayak/canoe, etc. Keep nature clean, take your trash home with you.

Chodikee Lake is a beautiful place to go out on a kayak or canoe
There a large area for flat water and lots to explore north and south of the lake which is black creek.
There’s tons of wildlife there from birds, reptile,fish, mammals and insects.

Large parking area and nice, easy launch. Pretty views, except for the Detention Center directly across from boat launch. Would be a really nice place to kayak, but too many invasive weeds to paddle thru. Best to go in Spring or early Summer before the weeds take over.

Good size parking lot, easy launch area for kayaks and canoes. Fantastic area to kayak to see wildlife
