Chezzy Performance Group

Worst jet ski business paid 980 for diagnostic and tune up on my ski. 2 weeks later my ski sunk I took it right back. he said it was due to the motor mounts being broken that caused the engine to shift and broke the carbon seal. He charged me 1519.97 to fix the mounts and seal. Which this problem should’ve been detected during the diagnostics a few weeks prior I got my Ski back since the time I got it back it didn’t work. It was reading a bunch of codes. I contacted him several times and he kept pushing me back. I took it to another shop The gentleman told me swap my computer out for older models, computer, and try to flash it over to my model contacted him told him he had to fix the problem and he told me that my warranty was no longer active because I took it to another shop. Will be taking him to small claims for the money he robbed me for.. please stay away from the shop He also has been convicted of multiple charges of dealing with stolen vessels out of Orange County fl name is Edgardo L Deliz he is the owner.

Over 12 years, I deal with this shop, and I always have the best performance work on my units . Owner Edgar is the best and the staff!

I brought my sea-doo speedster there a few weeks ago last minute and tried to explain to them that I bought used and what the issues were they immediately took it in and had it fixed the same day with a new intercooler and exhaust elbow. And it ran great, thank you.. Tony c. And I. Was a new customer.

Worst jet ski shop in Polk county. Repairs was over 1300 to rebuild my carbs along with other things and labor. Alll in all nothing was done to my ski all they did was delete my choke and added a primer. Worst idea ever. Had to take ski to another shop cost was 1400 to redo all the mistakes this shop did. Worst service ever. Owner can’t be trusted that’s who claimed and approved all the work done. When I kept bringing ski back they wanted to charge me more trying to say it’s something else SMH so they won’t warranty it. Legacy power sports in Lakeland. Has a very knowledgeable and trusting staff. They took my ski apart and showed me everything that Chezzy performance group say they did and cried me for. Please stay away from this ski shop. I have a 2000 gtx bombardier runs like a dream now 3400 later SMH

Contacted them in reference to my jet ski. He said he had diagnosed the problem and was going to order the part. Never heard from him, I gave him 2 weeks and gave him a call, he said he was busy dealing with code enforcement for the past 3 days and would look into his email the next day. I once again didn't hear from him, I gave him another week and called again. He yelled at me saying he was on vacation. I explained I understood that but I was frustrated because he said he would call me a week prior. He continued to yell at me, told me he'd call the next day and then hung up on me! Once again, we've received no phone call from him! I was thankfully able to find someone else to purchase my part for me way cheaper than Chezzy could! I'd NEVER recommend this place. The way this business ran is horrible!
