This site provides access to the blackstone river and Valley Falls pond with lots of wetlands with various channels to explore.
In the summer the Blackstone Valley Explorer tour boat and Samuel Slater Canal Boat tie up here. The Explorer runs public tours of the Blackstone River and Valley Falls Pond. The Samuel Slater can be booked as place to stay with the option to purchase a cruise on the river. Kayaks can also be rented here.

Great spot on the Blackstone River to experience the power and serenity of the river. Some construction going on, but launch ramp access available.
