I have my boat there. It's private and beautiful. You can live all year long on your boat if it's made for that. Slips are mostly filled so hard to get a slip. I came from a expensive marina that was too busy and cramped like sardines. Castaways is one row of boats all facing towards a new , wide walkway that you can even put flowers and a small table in front of your boat. New building with storage garages to rent. Some indoors and some under the building facing outside. Love it here!

Seems to be well kept. Secluded back in cozy little spot. There is some excavation going on nearby, but it doesn't seem to be a distraction to the people that I saw.

I live here and I absolutely love it, cheap house with slips renting at only $250/month, people with great personalities, and nature right out side your door every morning.
