Great location with quick access to the bay and an easy drive from DC. Judy and the rest of the staff are kind, efficient, and do an excellent job managing the yard. A fantastic place to keep your boat!

Everyone at Casa Rio was so helpful when my dad needed to quickly get his boat repaired for a gathering. It needed a new replacement starter and they rushed to find the part and get it fixed quickly. They saved the day and went above and beyond. They’ve always come through for my dad.

This is a great yard, tucked away in a quiet area, the entire staff are helpful and experienced, they also allow reputable outside contractors. Finally, the restrooms are every clean and have showers.

I kept my boat on the hard there last winter into the summer so I could make repairs. I was told that land storage was $145 per month to which I agreed. I was also told that I would be sent a contract to sign in the mail. I never received the contract and I inquired about it twice over the winter. I was always told that they would send it out. When I was ready to launch my boat in the summer of 2013, I went to pay the balance due on the account (had to put down half on haul out and the other half on splash). When reviewing my bill, I noticed that they charged me $300 PER MONTH for the last two month. I asked Lyn about the charges and she told me to refer to my contract (which I reminded her I never received) as it was stated that during the summer months the land storage goes to $300 per month from $145 per month (talk about a bad business model). She would not take off the charges, and I had no choice but to pay them since they would not splash my boat until I did. Please beware of this...they lost a loyal customer over $310. I will never go there again for any of my boating needs.
