I had a great experience with Carolina Coastal Marine. When my motor was stuck trimmed down in the water, they came the same day and got it trimmed back up. And then returned a few days later once I had it back on the trailer and did a full service, a new trim motor, and during the service diagnosed and made an adjustment that has my motor running the best it has since I've owned it. Trevor and Caleb are professional, prompt, informative, and had great communication throughout. And the pricing was fair and transparent, from start to finish. I will be using them in the future for sure. Thank you!

I randomly picked this place while on a trip to Wilmington to get some help with a 1977 Johnson/Evinrude 2 stroke water pump. Trevor went right to work helping me! They did now have in stock what I needed but confirmed the part I needed and found the part at another boat shop. They did not charge me anything for their time and knowledge! Great Customer Service!

We are a local fishing charter business. Having our boat running in tip top shape is our entire livelihood. We had an issue that multiple other mechanics were stumped on. We called Carolina Coastal to see if they could help. Caleb answered and took the time to trouble shoot over the phone with our Captain. Trevor came out to the boat on the next business day and almost immediately identified our issue. He had all the testers and equipment he needed but he literally identified the issue just by taking off the cover and listening to our engine. Today, our boat is running like a top!!
