I have a very detailed and analytical personality that tends to be critical easily. I can say emphatically that there has not been one time I found anything to criticize. Katie was our primary rep and she had great communication through our boat buying process. From phone calls, text messages, emails, and in person conversations, each time we spoke I felt more confident in Ken's Marine ability to deliver. Katie as well as her family is extremely knowledgeable not only with what they sell but other brands and options. They are honest and upfront with their opinions even if it means they don't make as much money. For example, some features I was looking to add to my boat, she gave me reasons I not, and I believe she was right. When ordering a custom boat, it was important that every detail was considered and double checked. I felt like this business and their staff did just that. When we arrived to pick up the boat on delivery day, they not only nailed every detail and feature I asked for but also provided much more. From extra accessories to detailed explanations of how to use certain features, to all the paperwork, they crossed every T and dotted every I. I was astonished at the paperwork process and how easy they made it for me. It was all extremely organized and in a simple folder that I could take to the DMV. The DMV office was able to use everything she had prepared and as one may know, it is hard to satisfy the DMV. In that folder also contains all the codes for the outboard sensors, break-in process, as well as other very valuable information to have at your fingertips. I could go on and on about the experience, but rest assured that choosing to do business with Ken’s Marine will be the best decision you make. Other dealers may be good at what they do, but no one can be as great as Ken’s. By the way, I ordered a Landau Island Breeze 232SC with a Suzuki 150. We love the boat and motor and have nothing but positive things to say about it thus far.
