Spoke to CI marine several times before bringing motor in. Tried to help every time over phone and never complained. When I finally took it in it was unfixable, but he did the work, charged me a fair price and said not to go further which I appreciated not spending any more $. Very kind, knowledgeable and fair!! Nick is not only a great guy, but a true professional too! He just installed a new Minn Kota Ultrex on my 2006 Yar Craft BT 2095. I can't say enough about how fast he got it done, how clean my boat came back and it looks like it was factory installed! I couldn't be more pleased with Nick! Don't hesitate to give him a call!
