C & C Marina

I want to share my experience so I can warn people not to do business with C & C Marina. I dropped my boat off August 2022 and was hoping to have it by the 2023 season as was promised. I tried to call with no response on how the progress was on my boat so I drove down and spoke with Bobby to try to get answers. Each time I spoke with Bobby he would tell me my boat was next and each month I went down I got the same response. At the end of the 2023 season I was promised my boat would be ready by May 2024. At this point I had over $17,000 invested in parts, I figured I would give him the benefit of the doubt, hoping to have it by May 2024 as promised. I spoke to Bobby in May and now he’s telling me maybe it will be ready in June 2024. at this point I am very frustrated and decided to take it elsewhere. I took my boat and the $17,000 worth of parts somewhere else. I found out that the motor that Bobby bought for me did not match my outdrive and now it was going to cost me more money to buy a new outdrive that I should not have needed. I feel like I was lied to for two years and was overcharged $6500 for a motor that they knew I could not use. The bottom line is I got I got screwed over by them people and do not have a boat right now because of people like them take advantage of me

DISHONEST CROOKS!! STAY AWAY!! Two years later and $17,000 invested, I still do not have a boat that runs!! When we would try to call to get an update on the progress, no one would call back. We tried to go down to speak to Beth and Bobby about the progress, and Beth blamed us for bothering Bobby and that is why the boat is not ready. I wish someone would have warned us about them, that is why I am letting you know to STAY FAR AWAY FROM C & C MARINA!!!

Beth and Bobby are awesome!! I came from MD and purchased a used boat from Beth and Bobby. From the day I signed a contract through pick up day, Beth went above and beyond. Documents were handled quickly, she communicated with me and my lender frequently while guiding me through the process of purchasing a boat. Bobby prepared the boat for us detailing, bottom painting and tuning up prior to pick up. They fitted the trailer and took us on a sea trial showing us the features and offering tips/suggestions for two inexperienced boaters. We felt so comfortable with Beth and Bobby throughout- they treated us more like friends than new customers. I would recommend anyone looking for an honest, meticulous and knowledgeable Jersey shore marina— C & C is the place to go! Thanks again for a flawless transaction!

I bought a new Berkshire pontoon boat at C&C Marina and couldn't be happier! C&C Marina gave me great service and an amazing deal! Beth and Bob were friendly and knowledgeable and showed me everything I needed to know about my new boat! I had a great time out on the water this summer!

I had my boat at several different marinas to fix a problem with my outboard and no one could figure it out. Finally I took the boat to C&C Marina. Bob and Harry found the issue and boat has been running great every since thanks to them! Plus, they got my boat cleaned up and looking like new! Beth in the office kept me informed and was great to talk to and explained everything to me!
