This area is incorrectly labelled Browns Bridge Launch (today is March 24, 2025). This isn't Brown's Bridge - Brown's Bridge is located upstream, at the head of the reservoir (Rocky Gorge Reservoir; Howard T. Duckett Reservoir). It's where Ednor Road crosses the head of the reservoir and turns into Brown's Bridge Road.

Map directed me to this place but called Scott's Cove. The lake is drained or dry from the lack of rain. Still great for a nature walk but there is little water scenary until you walk to the other side. Then, it seems to be like being in a far away place. Cool!

Great place to take the family kayaking. A $5 per kayaker WSSC daily permit is needed.
