Boom Bay Boat Landing

This is a fantastic place to launch from if you got a kayak. If you got a boat that's all good too however I hope it's a shallow running boat and not too big of a motor. Or else you're going to have troubles. It has a nice current for the river itself of course. So it's kind of tough paddling up but at the same time it's a delight to float down. This place is really special because it has a special kayak launch which makes life very easy for us kayak users at my age getting in the boat and paddling around is easy getting out is a pain in the back.this place is really special because it has a special kayak launch which makes life very easy for us kayak users at my age getting in the boat and paddling around is easy getting out is a pain in the back.

It's an alright boat launch, not too busy. There looks to be shallow sand near the very small island directly in front of the launch.
