Apparently we were the last customer before they stopped "doing service" and warranty on new motors they sell, kept the boat 5 months and it was black with mold when picked up. 200HO etech they said was fixed with fuel pump with a whopping 25 hours on it. Well it's not fixed, way to end your long career. If they did this to us after 25k spent they will do it to you too.

I bought a refurbished set of props from Boatwrench and the experience was better than I could have ever expected. These folks know their products and business very well. As an out of state customer, I had lots of questions and concerns prior to making my purchase. They patiently and thoroughly answered any and everything I threw at them. The props arrived the condition they promised and I expected, flawless. Add in super fast shipping and I am absolutely going to be a repeat customer. THANK YOU for a great experience!

Never had a better experience with boating repairs or customers service. Valerie and the team did everything in their power to make the process smooth. I never had to call them they beat me too it. And, they had the connections, experience and reach to get what was needed to solve the problem. I highly recommend.

The experience with these guys seemed great until it was discovered the expensive used parts purchased from Mike and Doug at Boatwrench were faulty.
They guaranteed their performance, tried and tested.
When the mechanic found 2 of three injectors to be dead I had to source and purchase another set.
Doug had no issues refunding me for the bad injectors once returned.
Still a great experience with boat wrench.
$45 to ship them back to get a call from Doug explaining they’re not in the condition sent to me and they will not be refunding my money.
Of course they’re not, the mechanic had to install, then diagnose their fault at $165/ hour only to replace again.
Boatwrench refuses to refund a purchase of their dead parts because they’re not in the condition they sent them in??
They’re dead and it cost me hundreds to find that out.
Boatwrench guaranteed their product, then a full refund.
Now I’m out over 1k, a whole lot of time and headaches, and no parts from Boatwrench.
Just my experience with them.
Thanks for responding Doug;
ALL of this was discussed over the phone in detail.
How your part numbers now do not match is beyond me.
If you stand by your parts then do so.
If YOU offer to refund due to defective parts then do so (which you offered to me once returned).
I was told by Mike “they worked when they came off”. If that is your standard of “testing” that is fine, which is also why it was confirmed they could be returned if faulty.
The injectors were in fact faulty.
Your faulty $750 part has now cost over 1k.
To have those faulty parts diagnosed and replaced in total I am now out $2400 (including your faulty parts you refuse to refund which are now in your possession).

Honest, reliable, great people. I have used boat wrench after buying my first boat. (Now my 3rd) Angel has been nothing but exceptional. If you are realistic and understand things take time and they might have a wait then you wont be dissatisfied.
