I have taken my boat here for years. I have only had great experiences, fair pricing, quality work. I get the routine maintenance done as well as any issue that may arise. I appreciate all the work they do.

Disappointed in how an employee handled a situation today. I went in asking for help finding a part that needed to be a specific size. He brushed me off saying the size didn’t matter and it would still work. The packaging didn’t not have the measurements on it and as I was talking to him about the difference in size of two products he just said okay and walked off. Very condescending and unprofessional.

Steven in service is great, patient, and a wealth of knowledge. I take my Suzuki outboard here for warranty work. Parts guy can be a bit abrasive at times but is also very knowledgeable. They have all the parts you need to maintain your boat. I also get my trailer parts here.

Store sells defective products and has the worst ever customer support. Better deals and outstanding customer support are found at Weat Marine and even online stores. This product was clearly defective when opened and not noticeable at the time of purchase. Tried to reason with the store manager and have not received a response to a detailed email. I have always tried to give local businesses an opportunity but will continue shopping at West Marine, superb customer service and return policy.

Wow, this place is amazing. They have an amazing in stock inventory and their customer service is well above expectations. My boat trailer snapped an axle and from the time Mr. Josh picked up the phone (when I was on roadside confused how to proceed) to when I was checking out with all my new parts and a greater knowledge of the task , they contributed continued to impress. Thank y'all for being empathetic, and helpful during a last minute , late Friday afternoon roadside emergency.
