Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend I've purchased two boats from this company over the past two years, and unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing, with the second being significantly worse than the first. I feel compelled to share my concerns in the hopes that others do not face the same issues. Sales Process: The sales team was unprofessional and difficult to work with. The salesman was consistently rude and unresponsive, and there was a clear lack of communication. I had to repeatedly request basic information about the boats, and even then, responses were delayed or insufficient. Paperwork and Logistics: Despite providing a four-day notice, I was unable to sign the paperwork and pick up the boat the same day. This lack of efficiency was frustrating. Furthermore, the paperwork was poorly handled. My name and address were incorrect, and many details were missing or incomplete. This caused significant delays at the tag office and required additional time and effort to correct. Product Issues: On the first day out on the water, the brand-new boat failed to operate properly. I contacted the company immediately, but the response was slow, and they were unable to offer any timely support or solutions. This was incredibly disappointing for a brand-new purchase, and I expected far better service for a product of this caliber. Financing Office: The financing department also showed a lack of attention to detail. My paperwork was filled out incorrectly, and I was contacted weeks after the purchase to re-sign documents. This unnecessary hassle added to an already stressful experience. Overall, my experiences with this company have been extremely frustrating, and I regret my decision to purchase from them. I strongly urge potential buyers to consider other options before doing business here.

I had a great experience dealing with Carla from the Albany location. Super price on my new Yamaha engine. They had tons of inventory in stock. Great shipping to my local install team. I would call Carla if your looking for great service and a great price from a local team backed by a large dealership network.

She went the extra mile to ensure that I would qualify for a Yamaha promotion and Carla was always responsive in a timely manner. She even emailed me extra pictures of the motor. We drove up from Lake Seminole to check out Boater's World Marine Center. Very impressed with the Inventory in stock and sales going on. We went in to buy a pole for our back seat for our boat. They had what we needed. The saleman was very nice and helpful. We will be back for other things. Took a few pictures while in there.

Purchased a Yamaha 225 SHO, had it shipped to a local dealer in my state who installed it on my boat. The entire experience with this dealership was a pleasure. I was a little nervous about sending such a large cashier's check however they verified receipt and sent tracking information for the engine shortly afterwards. A+
