bought a 1986 Rinker Boat from them, great looking boat, very friendly and helpful folks. Since this was my sons 1st boat ever they explained everything down to the plug in the back of the boat. so helpful they even insured we had lights on the trailer for the trip back to KS.

Buyer Beware. Do not do business with BoatersDream. Purchased a used/ refurbished power trim unit from BoatersDream. Product arrived promptly, however, after installing the unit it was discovered that while it did rise and lower the engine, it would not stay in position while the boat was under normal operation condition and was certainly defective. Contacted Brandon and Kylie at Boaters Dream and after explaining the issue, they agreed to send a new unit and I would return the defective unit. This was back in October 2022, It is now March 2023. I have contacted Brandon and or Kylie on a semi regular basis since October and each time was assured the replacement unit would be shipped out promptly. Last week March 3/21/2023, Brandon again assured me I would see the tracking number for the new unit by the end of the week. It is 3/28/2023 today and I still have not received notification a new unit has been shipped. I would NOT recommend doing business with this company as the owner is incapable of keeping his word. At the very least offer a refund.

Had a great experience with Boaters Dream. If your looking for a used motor this is a fantastic place to check. Brandon was responsive and provided multiple options for my boat. He communicated expectations of timing and delivered. The prices were fair and his team was thorough in checking my boat, even beyond the work they were doing. All in all I had my boat in and back on the water in two weeks.

Wish I could give zero stars. Worst customer service I have ever encountered...ever. my boat sat for 3 months and wasn't ever touched, and I was told it was in the shop being worked on. When I dropped it off in March I was told it would be ready for the May fishing opener. Out of 10 calls and numerous texts I only received 2 calls back. All I wanted was a honest reply of what was going on and all I could get was they are working on it and we hope to have it ready for the weekend. We'll I made the 2 hour drive to personally get a response and arrive with my boat parked behind a bunch of other boats in the same shape it was in 3 months ago when I dropped it off. So I canceled and pulled my boat home without any work being done to it in 3 months. If Brandon's work is anything like his customer service I would highly recommend to stay away from his shop.
