Boat Works Miami

Own a 23 sportsman with 1100 hours. Needed 100 hour maintenance and wax. The owner and mechanic contacted me numerous times to discuss issues. He is a true professional who takes pride in his work. I was sent videos throughout the process. He’s passionate about pleasing his customers. He’s very thorough and worth the price.

This is an above average shop, in fact it is a great place to get parts and service. I have a Sea Ray 300 with Mercruiser 5.7 engines and Ben has all the parts and best practices I need. Hey, I needed a part while the store was closed and Ben helped me out, had the parts in inventory and made arrangements for me to get the parts on the same day! That service approach has earned my respect, and business. I highly recommend Boat Works Miami. Did I mention that they have the parts available in the store!!

Ben is very easy to work with. Did a great job on my 24ft Center console for the routine service and added remote spotlight and Xm Antenna. Always seems to have an answer to your question or a solution for the issue. Would highly recommend Ben and his team.

As you all know, having a boat for some of us is like having the daughter you never had, she is family. So when choosing somebody to work on her, it has to be the right person. My boat needed some engine and fiberglass work, so I contacted many marine mechanical shops, and most of them did not sound right, not just the price but the attitude given by the mechanics I spoke with, made me feel that they were doing me a favor..so then I contacted Boat Work Miami and after discussing the project with Ben he make me feel I could trust him 100% with my boat “daughter”. The job was agreed on, the price was fair, the project started on time, and I was informed at all times of what was going on, furthermore Ben’s team contacted the boat manufacturer to get the right gel coat color, and when the repair was completed it looked like new. the engine maintenance was also completed to satisfaction and following the manufactured instructions. On completion I was very happy, Ben did an excellent job along with his technician, always helpful and willing to build not just his business but a relationship with his customers, I also contacted Ben afterward with some questions, he always contacted me back quickly and attended my needs. Ben’s Boat Work Miami delivers quality and he gained a customer for a long time. I will not hesitate to recommend Ben. Trustworthy, knowledgeable and dependable.

You can trust that Ben and his crew at Boat Works Miami will provide honest, top-notch quality mechanical marine work. This was my second time working with Ben, he performed my annual 100-hour service and fuel polishing. Ben was transparent regarding pricing, the expected timeline of work, as well as made sure to keep me updated every step of the way. If you are looking for a reputable marine mechanic, who will deliver on all his promises, I highly recommend that you call Ben, he is the right man for the job! See you next time!! =]
