Hands down one of the best businesses I've ever worked with. Our bunk broke on our brand new trailer and caused a decent amount of damage to our gel coat. I was a distraught new boat owner and called around the metro to find a place that would fix an issue like this. I called at least 5-6 places and just had a good feeling about White Bear Boat Works after talking to Jason on the phone. He was more than helpful and encouraged me to bring the boat in. Once he saw the damage he encouraged me to reach out to the trailer manufacture to pay for the damage. Jason provided me a quick, detailed and very helpful quote to which I approached the trailer company with. They agreed to pay for the damage and I saved myself an insurance claim. Had it not been for Jason supporting me I am not sure the company would have paid for it. Jason went above and beyond to help me, I am so appreciative of that. White Bear Boat Works has earned my business and I plan to continue to bring my boat here for storage and maintenance.
