Boat Specialists - Service & Parts Center

I never write reviews. This is the exception, because frankly "Boat Specialists" in a word , are exceptional. A tremendous (this place is huge) facility capable of handling any of your boating sales or service needs. I made the drive from San Diego for the competitive pricing on a Yamaha 250 , a very different experience than the other dealers I've spoken with over the years. The electrical system on my honda 60 shorted out. Upon diagnosing the problem to be the interal wiring harness Honda requested the harness be shipped back to the factory. Although it took some time Honda shipped back a new harness and Boat Specialists installed it. Even though the motor was out of warrenty Honda covered the cost of all parts and labor. I could not be more pleased with the resolution of this problem.

Great service department, James is awesome to work with and very experienced service people. If I lived closer I'd bring my boat to you all the time. Alas, too far away. But could not recommend them more for any boat related parts or service.

Excellent service, awesome staff, pick up & delivery made it too easy. Really enjoyed finally working with a boat yard that cares as much about the boat as well as the Owners! Best yet is how they have the ability to pick up and deliver with there trailer and no more hoist out and dry dock fees! Highly recommend this company for any boat needs!

Boat Specialists impressed me with their customer service and attention to detail. They run a super clean and professional shop. I like to do my own maintenance because I often am disappointed by the quality of work others do and hate shops that try to milk $$$. Boat Specialists did a great job servicing a used Yamaha that needed a lot of TLC. Honestly, I was recommended to go to other shops but those shops never picked up my calls. I was always able to get ahold of someone when calling during normal business hours. I will definitely come back when I need help with service and to buy parts to do my own maintenance.
