Boat Motor and Small Engine Repair

Steve is like the macgyver of mechanics he can fix just about anything. He likes the older boat motors and is wizard in fixing them with many parts on hand and he usually has it fixed within a day or two. But feel free to call him with any questions you might have. He's one of my best friends and thats how met was I brought my boat to him to get fixed.

Steve got my boat and motor. The next day he called and told me what was wrong with the motor, and what it would cost, which was very reasonable, and I told him go ahead and fix it. The next day he called and my boat and motor were ready. He even fixed a couple of other smaller items he found wrong. A friend of mine recommended Steve after I told him I had taken my boat motor in for repairs at two boat and motor repair shops in the Twin Cities and they never got it fixed. Northfield is a haul, but to get the motor fixed the right way was more than worth it. My 50 hrs Mariner purrs like kitten and has way more power and thrust. If you have an outboard motor that needs repair, you need to call Steve!!!

Steve did an excellent job on my boat motor. Five years ago I bought a new yamaha plastic gas tank.3 out of the five years after taking my boat out from storage I always had to take it in to dealer shops because it would always foul out the engine. They all kept on putting in carb kits that was always very expensive. This spring acted up again took my boat to steve and as good as he is he troubleshoot everything and whole problem all these years was that the fuel tank was not relieving the pressure in the tank. It would build up with pressure and bulge the tank and force to much fuel in to the motor and would cause it to fail. So steve vented the tank and the motor runs like new again. Plus steve fixed a pin on my trolling motor that I didn't see also. I would highly recommend steve very knowlegeable. A+

Steve got my motor in and fixed in less than 24 hours. I had sunk the motor and it sat for 9 days waterlogged Steve had it up and running better than it was prior to being submerged. Highly recommend.
