⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of working with Ted at Boat Metrics, and it was a great experience! Ted is a true old-school mechanic who really knows his stuff. His extensive knowledge and hands-on approach were evident from the start. Ted took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured that my boat was in top-notch condition. I highly recommend Ted and Boat Metrics for anyone looking for reliable and skilled boat maintenance services.

He was very knowledgeable and meticulous. He explained everything he did and even told me things about my boat that I didn't know. I highly recommend him.

I see this crook removed my honest review. Charged my insurance company 22k for a blown engine he pulled from os bine yard that blew in 3 hours of use and said it was my fault. Insurance company went out wanted to speak to the person he said he bought the engine from. “Oh he died” Then pulled the old engine and refused to give boat back unless HE INSTALLED the replacement engine Oh really…..thanks but no thanks. This guy is a complete fraud do not go to this guy I see the Owner responded saying I was not telling the truth. Fine by me. We can debate this for everyone to read. You didn’t charge my insurance company 22k? Took 7 months after payment to put in the water because it was picked up 4 times and never started. Once out in the water it blew in 2 days. You immediately pulled the engine and wanted the insurance money for the 2nd repair and wanted to charge 6000.00 just to install a motor that should not take longer then 12 hours by a mechanic that know what they are doing but you wanted 60 hrs labor to do it. Plus. Where is my Carpet that you charged my Insurance company 800.00 and never replaced. Now. If your reading this review the Owner will 100% not directly answer these 2 simple question but will say something different. Watch his response. Will not directly answer the question. This guy is a cheat/fraud. He changed the name of his former company that was called IQ Boats because of……You guessed it Insurance fraud. That public record that I looked up. Ok Buddy. Answer my questions Where is my Carpet? I took the brand new rebuilt Mercruiser engine that was in a crated directly from Mercruiser was 10k and Begged Seabrook Marina to help me with the repair. They normally deal with very large boats. He took pitty. 8 hours later all issues resolved. Brand new engine and about 1400.00 to install. The entire process was around 11,500 but you charged 22,000. When my insurance company went out he saw it was you. He said “You need to get your boat back I know him”. I love it when he asked you “Where did you buy the engine that blew”. Oh “He died”. You are such a Con Artist. All you did was take a blown engine from your Bone Yard installed a blown engine and pocked 22k Plus the Insurance adjuster pointed out the serial number plate had been removed maliciously. If you say I’m lying I’ll post a pic of the insurance report. C’mon buddy explain this you fraud!!!! If you are So innocent then let me ask you why would you buy and install a motor that has had the serial number plate removed on purpose!???? You didn’t notice this? Slipped your mind to look? No!!! You went outside and took engine from your bone yard. People. All that junk in his front area are the parts that will be installed on your boat!!!!

Boat Metrics has worked on my boat a couple of times and I have always found Ted the owner to be fair and helpful.

Wonderful Man, Ted He replace the inboard motor in our boat. Timely matter. Send us picture of the progress .Excellent pricing, warranties his work.. Would recommend Ted any day!!
