Lower unit went out last year taking out the power head. BMR worked with me last year to figure things out. They were a big help. Early this spring BMR repowered my boat and replaced the junked 50hp Evinrude with a 60hp Suzuki. It has been running flawlessly all summer and is even quieter than the old one. Absolutely awesome staff! This year, my boat ran poorly as soon as it was in the water for the first time. I called BMR and ended up talking with James Sr. (owner) and he helped to troubleshoot various options that could be causing the issue. I was disappointed I needed to take my boat to the shop but James and his staff handled me very professionally. After getting it back in the water, it still was running poorly. James walked me through some other options that may have been causing the issue. Finally, James came to my house to see and hear the issue I was having when I ran it. While he was here, he both saw and heard the issue. Unfortunately, the boat had to go back in - no problem this time. After two days, I got a call from James Jr letting me know they found the issue and made the repairs - a fouled plug!! They replaced all the spark plugs and ran it and the issue was gone. I picked it up and put it in the water and sure enough it worked fine! This whole process - lasting about 2-3 weeks was frustrating for me and also for James Sr as the issue could not be identified. That said, the whole thing was handled VERY professionally. When I was ready to pay, he said no charge!! I was floored. This kind of service and 'partnership' is almost unheard of these days; I'm grateful to have found one of the best! I 100% recommend BMR and the staff there! Thanks, guys!

Bought a used outboard about a month ago from BMR. Feel like the pricing was fair, staff was honest and helpful. Motor runs great! Sr and Jr were very helpful when it came to decision time regarding my purchase. Awesome people to work with and would be happy to make the 1.5hr trip again In no time, had the outboard mounted and back on the lake! Great experience with the sales staff led to a great time on the lake making memories with the kiddos!

I bought a motor here and am absolutely happy I did. I've had a great experience and would definitely do business again if I ever needed anything. They were very willing to help about anything I had questions about. I can't wait for this season, the boat now runs fantastic again.
