I reached out to the owner, Josh back in February. I told him I had a small job I needed done on a jet ski. He said he should be able to start the job in about “two weeks” and to call him back. I called back two weeks later. I left several messages and never got a call back. Often times his voicemail was full and it would not accept additional messages. This went on for an additional 2 weeks. When I was finally able to get a hold of Josh he told me it would be “two more weeks”, but I should plan on bringing it in then. I dropped it off two weeks later. He told me the job would take “2 to 3 weeks”. Sensing that Josh struggled to do anything on time, I called him 10 days into the job and he said he hadn’t even started it! I asked him how long he thought it would be and he said it would be “2 to 3 weeks“ but definitely by derby! Which was five weeks away! I took the jet ski elsewhere and had it done in a week. Unless you want to waste your time and don’t care about deadlines or commitments, I would definitely go elsewhere! Josh’s final bit of excellent customer service was to send me a text message after I was “two days“ late picking up the jet ski, saying that if I didn’t come get it that day he would have to start charging me for storage and an estimation fee for the two minutes on the phone when he told me it would be roughly $1000 to fix my jet ski! This is a horribly run business.

Was super nervous about the damage on my boat as it was extensive. Josh did an amazing job repairing! The gelcoat color matched perfect! Doesn't even look like there was any damage at all!

2015 Malibu Wakesetter. Did great work, color matched perfectly! Like never happened.
