I’ve been going to Billy and his Son in Law for several years they're not one to just make a dollar they want to fix a problem the best way they know how too.

Jennifer Walters Causey, you must have a low IQ, you left your boat somewhere for five months and didn't get a second opinion from another shop? That's your fault. Sounds like you needed a place to store your boat for five months and got one over on Billy's Marine because I know for a fact that he charges a storage fee for people that need a place to park their boat. My boat stays there year round and during the summer it takes about two weeks for the grass to get high under the boats. That doesn't seem like a problem to me. Maybe you just wanted something else to complain about. I use Billy's all the time and I have never had a minutes trouble. According to your other review of JJ's Kitchen, a very nice family restaurant, Jennifer Causey, you might just be mad at the world and are just now starting your "Bad Reviews Quest."
I wish we could review Jennifer Walter Causey's personality, because it stinks.

My experience with Billy's has been the exact opposite from the previous poster. I had my boat serviced and repaired there when I worked in Greenville, and have continued to have them serviced there since, even though I live in Winston-Salem. I have had a 9.9 Evinrude, a 75 Merc, and a 90 Merc serviced there. Each time the work was done promptly and professionally. He has always called with an estimate and held to it, and, unlike others, has not done more than what was required to fix the problem. For me, it is worth the 3 hour drive to get reliable, trustworthy service. I can't speak for others.
