Beverly Port Marina Inc

Any positive review has to be fake. Crooks. Place is a dump. Launched the boat I was buying 2 days before the deal even closed, informing neither me or the owner and then started charging me $172/day for dock space. I didn't even know it was in the water for 3 days. Never met the crooked owner as the "Ship's Store" was always closed. Abandoned boats and rats abound. Never again.

Beware. Frank at Port Marine is the worst. He sold me a boat, which I found out afterward that he got from legally taking over ownership of it for overdue storage fee from previous owner. Then, he LAUNCHED the boat without my permission OR GIVING ME NOTICE shortly after I bought it, and before I could fully inspect and prepare the boat for the water. The boat had an open seacock (through-hull) and he partially flooded the boat. Instead of taking ownership of this issue, he blamed me, the guy who just bought the boat and was told it could be on the land until spring. I found out from an employee that he put it in the water early March because he thought it was in his way. Long story short, he sued me before I could sue him for damages. he claimed that the small print for storage contract states boat has to be water ready. He lumped me in with a line of other people he had brought to court that day. I never signed this contract. Previous owner from years ago did. He severely damaged the boat I just bought from HIM, and got away with charging me relaunch fee's and for the time his workers drained water out of boat. He is the worst customer service and a criminal in how he runs his business. I am too decent of a person to deal with swindlers like this I took the loss and moved on. Beware.

Thieves - I had to go through my credit card company to get my money back from them. Do not trust them. *Glorious bridge and sky photo for the boost
