Rented a boat and was told several times by the guy that ran me through how to use it. I asked about gas and if it was an extra charge. I said they include the price of gas and I replied that gas was included and that made it a good deal. I actually asked a few times and commented I was surprised. I the. Receive the 100 dollar invoice so I email her and she called me and my wife both liars. Very bad service. These people are liars then the response to my review says it's all on camera even the audio which is impossible that every boat has a camera on it 24/7 with audio. These people are crooks and very rude even the repair service is horrible.

They took amazing care of us. They even did a fair amount of us at no charge as a courtesy for a problem we were having. Excellent customer service.

We rented a pontoon for fishing for 2 days and the 2nd day we rented a tube for tubing as well! The boat was extremely clean and a brand new 2020 - we felt very spoiled! The staff was very attentive and helpful. We had a great time and will be back!

I will not bring my boat here again!! Shop rates are $140 an hour and they are very liberal with their hours logged. I brought my boat in for what turned out to be a common oil sensor issue with Mercury Optimax. They logged 1.5 hours to diagnose an oil sensor inside an oil reserve tank on the motor. I can not for the life of me understand how trained professionals would take 1.5 hours to hook the motor up to a computer, read the Smart craft alarm history and then trouble shoot 2 sensors and test the oil pump. Each of these items should not take more than 10 minutes. So that's 40 minutes. The part was on back order because of the logistical issues with Covid. I opted to call around for the parts. In the process, I talked Dan at Tim's Outboard and he nailed the issue in 10 minutes OVER THE PHONE! I was able to find a marine shop that had the part on hand, purchased it, and replaced it myself. Additionally, when Bertha first quoted me it was an hour for diagnostic time, $200 part and another hour to replace it. I opted to swap it out myself and save the shop time. After informing Bertha, I found the part, the diagnostic time increased to 1.5 hours. Slimy!
