Beaufort Yacht Basin

Awesome. Heaven.

Stopped for an overnight to wait out weather on a transit. Beaufort Yacht Basin was the epitome of Southern Hospitality! Clean, well-kept facilities, floating docks in excellent shape, neighboring boats in good condition. Office is temporarily across the street but is an air conditioned haven with free laundry and clean showers and bathrooms. And golf carts! Sort walk into town but so much better on a hot day to have a golf cart! There is a welcoming kitchen and lounge. Jerry, the dock master makes boaters feel like part of the family and so very good to be back in the South! We will definitely return to this marina! Oh, they also have an outdoor shower near the dock, I’m sorry I missed out on it this visit but next time!!

I've been visiting this marina for years and each time I am impressed with how well run and clean it is. The location is close to what I need and they have a car to use when it's beyond walking distances. Jerry is the salt of the earth and Ron and David follow his lead. Highly recommended.

I absolutely LOVE my new marina! Jerry and Bobby are super professional and get the job done ALWAYS with a smile! They make sure everyone gets introduced to each other which makes for a happy place to be. I feel extremely fortunate to keep my boat here.

Nice Surprise We stopped for one night on the way to New Bern. Stayed a month. Great community of boaters and a truly wonderful staff. Facilities are kept top notch clean. We felt like we were with old friends right from the start. Easy access to Cape Lookout, Morehead City and more.
