Bass Pro Shops/Cabela?s Boating Center

Best boat service dept. I've had 20 boats in 54 years & the guy & gal that run the dept. 3/28/25 & 3/29/25 could not do a better job. They were assume !!!!

Stopped in at 6:30 to inquire on docs needed for firearm sales. I have all but had to go retrieve. Should have sign stating no firearm sales after 7pm. I walked in at 7:15 and denied purchase. I'll be purchasing tomorrow at a local store instead of here. Congratulations 🎊 I did buy a firearm the next day at a local, small store with large selection. Spent 45 minutes total including selecting the one I wanted so clearly does not take an hour for paperwork. The previous disappointment I was wearing the Bass Pro Club hat I received when I accepted a Bass Pro credit card w 5k limit.🤷‍♂️

We had a GREAT experience today getting our new pontoon boat serviced. I would highly recommend this shop to any boat owner, especially if you purchased your boat through bass pro like we did. Lucious & Royce went above and beyond to get us everything we needed and warrantied all of our parts. PLUS they got us in and out in less than 2 hours, saving us an extra trip to pick it up! We really appreciate everything they did today.

This a beautiful store, especially in December it looks amazing and all what they sale 👌

Always a fun place to go, sportsman or not. Grands love to go there. Neart things to look at and always celebrate Holidays for kids! Big and little ;)
