Would put me on hold for 5-10 minutes then hang up on me. I’m not even mad I just need some help finding a part. It’s ok if they don’t have it just say you don’t have it. Now my numbers blocked and I was nothing but kind and courteous.

Very friendly staff. I researched the part I needed before going in since it was older motor , he knew exactly what I needed even before I gave him the info

Friendly family owned place. Treated me as if I mattered, where other outboard repair places in Mobile, and Gulf Shores, didn't have time to look at my problem, because I only had 1, 200 on my boat.

Super nice guy. Old time mom & pop type place we all don't see often enough anymore. Resonable price on a part I bought in a pinch.

I sent my outboard here for repairs after it messed up on me the last time I took it out. They told me they had it fixed up and that it runs good. When I took it to the river, it would rev up but never plane off. It wouldn't get past a certain speed. That was the very issue I had when I brought it in. I was basically charged a $120 just to leave with the same problems I had when I took it to them.
