I went in for a totally different boat and we talked about a bass cat and after some research I ended up switching to a bass cat they had on their lot and purchased it. Brandon is a top notch dude. I originally had my boat at another shop (I KNOW I KNOW) that had misdiagnosed my phoenix with a Merc ProXS 4 Stroke as having water in the fuel when I got an alarm. Several of my good buddies recommended Brandon so I gave him a call for a 2nd opinion and told him my situation. I asked him if he could spare a little time for diagnostics. We set the appointment and he basically had it figured out in about half an hour. Turns out, it wasn't water at all. Spark plug wire #4 had chaffed to the point it was arcing outside the insulation. Not only was Brandon thorough, but he was efficient in being thorough (fast). We set the appointment for repair. I Told him I had an out of state tournament coming up so he worked with me to get it fixed before leaving. Let's just say Brandon will no longer be my 2nd opinion, it's just going to him to begin with if I have any other issues. It's hard to beat that level of customer service and this ol boy sure appreciates it.
