Anna's Marine Center

I've been using Anna's Marine Center for several years. Mainly for thing's I can't or shouldn't do myself on my bass boat or pontoon. Everyone has always been very nice, helpful and service has always been very quick. Thank you.

Excellent response to request for service. Work completed in a timely manner. I'm happy with job and the professional staff. Looked at the new Bennington boats while I was there. NICE!! Add in 2023... customer with new 2005 Bennington 2245RL tritoon+++ with Yamaha F150. Best boat I've ever purchased. 18 years of pure joy, and Anna's Marine is Top.Notch!

We built and purchased our boat with Anna's marine center. The process was very smooth. We took delivery early spring. They brought it right to our neighborhood launch were we tested it out and went over everything. After that I just parked it at my dock easy process. I just had them do the first sevice on the outboard. They brought a trailer to my community ramp pulled it out did the service and dropped right back in the water. Again very easy process.

Alex and Steve are incredible! We had issue with the boat and they took care of in less than 24hrs!! What incredible service!! Scott was amazing too work with made the process very smooth for our pontoon. Delivered it right to dock.

We took our boat to Anna's Marine Center for winterization/repair last Fall (2019). When my husband picked up the boat, the cover was on it and he parked it in our garage until Memorial Day (a few weeks ago). We got the boat out, cleaned it up and took it out on the water. Keep in mind our boat is 14 years old but looks like it's 6 months old (pristine condition). I noticed when riding up in the front of the boat that the passenger side dash console looked askew. When we started examining it closer, we realized there were two areas that were damaged down by the windshield. We knew these were not there last summer so we logically determined that it must have happened while the boat was being winterized and repaired. I called and spoke to the Service Manager, Will, who i invited to come out and look at the damage. He claimed there was no way they did this and when I asked him how we could have done this, he just looked at me and had no answer. He said he would speak to the owner and have him call me (which he never did). So I had to call back. Oh and by the way, after Will left our boat, our Sirius radio wasn't working anymore. Luckily, I had taken pictures prior to his visit and I saw where one of the connections had somehow become disconnected. Very sneaky! So, the owner, Dee, I believe his name is called my husband (not me) even though I was the one requesting the phone call. At any rate, the owner came out, basically said the same thing as the Service Manager and would not take any liability for what had happened to our beautiful boat! I guess the customer isn't always right at Anna's Marine Center! There's no doubt in my mind that one of their technicians damaged our boat and then failed to tell anyone. It's the only thing that makes sense. So, we are left with a damaged console that they didn't even offer to recommend someone that could help us fix it at this point. Extremely BAD customer service! Never take your boat there or deal with those people again ~ or if you do, make sure you take pictures inside and out before you give them the boat and then heavily inspect when you get it back. I would not have even given them a 1 star as they are deserving of 0 stars! It's too bad an owner would do this to a customer who he knows is being honest and telling the truth. It's really repugnant, deceitful and dishonest.
