By far the worst place to deal with when you need work done to your boat harry is very belligerent and harry the owner is the the rudest person there. Why would you bring business to a place like this. They don’t deserve good peoples money.

Wow. Took my boat in for some Tohatsu warranty work on Tohatsu America's reccomendation. There was also customer pay work due to a varmint chewing through the motor controller cables. During the two month repair process Harry, the owner, repeatedly complained about how he wasn't going to make enough money from Tohatsu for the warranty work. In my opinion, he made up for it with the customer pay portion of the work. I was charged $630.00 labor to install shifter and throttle cables, negative battery cable and splice the trim and tach wires on a pontoon (read-all exposed). Add another $300. for the cabling and voila-$1000.. He originally quoted $750.-$850. to replace the whole control unit (throttle) and cabling. He even charged me $25.00 for the water test that proved I needed warranty work. When I called and told him what I felt he was doing he said "I wish I could reach through this phone and strangle you!". I haven't been spoken to like that since grade school and it was wrong then! I can't repeat my reply-I kinda' got caught up in the moment. After spewing a few more explicatives back at me he hung up. Believe me, if I could give 0 stars I would. In my opinion you have to try to be this bad.

Stopped in today and the guy at the front desk got frustrated with me. Told me to get the F*** out of the store. Worst customer experience I have ever had at any business. I hope he does not talk to all his customers this way.
