Ozzy is a very knowledgeable mechanic, he is honest and has a heart of gold, great staff - always feel like part of the family here.

Called Ozzie on Monday to see if an old outboard engine that needed a throttle handle could be fixed. He asked me to send pictures which I did. As of this morning had not heard back so I called him again at the shop. He answered the phone and asked me what I needed and I reminded him about our conversation on Monday but said he was with a customer and could he call me right back. I said sure. Three hours go by and no call back. I just sold my house and need to know if this engine is repairable so I need to know what to do with it. He answered the phone and I asked him why he said he'd call me right back and hadn't. He said he had to run to the marina. He then tells me he doesn't sell parts but he knows that in our conversation on Monday was about seeing if the parts were still available for him to repair the engine and also to see if it still runs. Apparently Ozzie is not professional not a truth teller but is an excuse maker at least to me. Maybe he knows engines but he never gave me the opportunity. At the end of our conversation things got heated on both sides. Apparently he doesn't appreciate all opportunities given to him. Don't feel he was honest with me so this is not someone I would trust doing any work for me. Nope Nope Nope !!!

This is by far one of the greatest guys in the business. Been a customer for over 10 years and can honestly say, I've never had a bad experience. Knowledgeable, kind and caring. In an industry where it's real easy to take advantage of a customer this will never be had with All Island. A class act establishment.
