Cannot say enough good things about Tanya and the rest of the complete marine team. I purchased a boat that essentially needed a complete mechanical do over and could not be happier with the communication process and the work on the boat. Finding someone I trusted was extremely important to me as the boat was purchased in Florida and I live in Masssachusetts. Tanya always kept me updated on the work and the pricing was fair. The work was completely in a very timely manner. Also, it’s nice to see that the owner Dave is pretty much involved in everything and Pat the Mechanic is really great to talk to for understanding what work that needs to be performed and how it is performed. I highly recommend them and cannot thank them enough.

I bought a brand-new Sea Pro 242 DLX from Complete Marine that was advertised. John K was our salesman, and he had a really easy-going demeanor. He was responsive and did not over promise. He was able to walk me through all of the steps as this was my first purchase of a new boat. Ken C. handled the financing for me. The rate that I was offered matched the most competitive offer that I could find. I went ahead and used their bank. I just received my first statement and the rate that I was quoted was the rate that I go. No surprises there. The boat was prepped and delivered in good condition. I had them bottom paint it and the work turned out good. They were able to take care of a couple of areas that needed adjusting and one rocket launcher that needed repair. Everything was fixed without a hitch. I felt we were treated very well and the whole team was very professional. Thank you, guys.

From a sales perspective, John K was great and really worked hard from all angles to get our boat sold despite setbacks we had with some mechanical issues. We did have some unexpected repairs but the service department did give us a quote and explanation of what was needed to be done and the issue was resolved. John and his co-worker Jack put alot of effort in advertising and follow-ups to get the deal closed. We were also kept updated along each step of the process and John was extremely helpful and flexible to do whatever was needed since we live out of state to limit the stress on us. Overall, we were happy with the outcome!
