Absolute is the best!! We were out for the Howard Boat regatta and we blew out our drive, of course. Absolute Speed and Marine fixed our boat in record time! The staff stayed late and made sure our boat was good to go. They saved our trip!! They always take great care of us. We will continue to use them over and over!

Wow!! I called my regular shop in Phoenix in a bind for a prop swap and he recommended Aaron and Absolute Speed and Marine in Havasu. Not only is this a reputable and highly qualified shop their customer service was off the charts. It’s always daunting on a boat trip and and you’ve found yourself bent over the barrel with much needed repairs. If youre inHavasu and need boat attention, Aaron (and Cody) are the go to guys! I myself have never had to use them but many of my friends tell me that they are one of the best that's ever been here obviously must be true cuz look at the size of their showroom. I bet it's an amazing experience that only one can enjoy. Faceit promotions promotes absolute Speed Marine.

Horrible customer service. Do not use this place. I took my 35 ft Fountain with twin Mercury Racing 525s to Absolute over 2 months ago, in March 2020. After several weeks of diagnosis, they told me one engine had a blown head gasket and the other engine had a cracked exhaust header that was leaking water on top of the valves. They said both engines required removal of the heads and they needed to be sent to a machine shop for valve jobs. On April 10, 2020, they provided me a written estimate for the repairs ($8,000) and told me it would take a week to get the heads back from the machine shop. That was 7 weeks ago. Every week, for the past 7 weeks, I have called and asked for an update. Every week they tell me the same thing "we will call the machine shop and get back to you." Today, when they told me the same thing again, I told them I want to call the machine shop myself and find out what is taking so long. I asked for the name and phone number of the machine shop. They told me I was being rude and they refused to give it to me. When I asked why, they told me I could just come pick up the boat as is - in pieces. Then she HUNG UP on me. I may have risen my voice slightly, but I certainly did not yell or use any profane language and I was not rude. I called back several times, but they wont' even answer my calls. How am I supposed to know if and when to go pick up my boat if they won't answer my calls??? I live in Texas. its not like I can just drive down the street to pick up the boat. It is an 18 hour drive to get there. I have never has this bad of an experience with a repair shop. Seriously, unbelievable bad service. I don't know how they have all these great reviews. Perhaps they treat locals better and just don't care about my business since I am from out of state. If anyone knows the owner of this shop, please ask him to call me so I can arrange to go get my boat. The attached photo is my boat that is somewhere on their property.
