I have had my boat serviced here 2 seasons now and have had issues both times. Both time I get my boat home I wake up to puddles of oil. First time they didn't change the drain plug gasket on the main motor, had greasy hand prints all over. This season, the lower end drain plug was loose on my kicker, again greasy hand prints. Also, they had my boat for almost 3 weeks, not one phone call from them, I had to call once a week to check on the status. When they did finally call and said it was complete and buttoned up, I get there and parts are still off the the main motor. If you have services done here, check your plugs! I have oil leaks I have never had before. I have an appointment with Auburn Sport and Marine to look over the work that was done and not done, they didn't change the water fuel separator filter as requested either.

I called in and they knew exactly what I needed. Had it the next day. I called three other Marine outfits before calling them and nobody else could help or had an idea of what I was talking about.

I can't recommend this place enough. The staff, and Aaron are honest and good at what they do! I'm one of those people that is kind of a lot to deal with and they treat me and my boats with care. No BS just honest mechanics.
