Hard to explain how impressed I am with A1-Fiberglass. They kept the old school customer service that no longer exists this day and age. Incredible commitment to top notch work. A-1 fiberglass crew and Idilio did a great job on my fiberglass repair. I had damage to my dive platform. The damage was repaired and the gel coat and anti-skid were redone and now it looks good as New!! Thank You!!

Took my Boston Whaler to A1 for fiberglass work. The owner was extremely helpful and did amazing work. The boat is from 1984 and you would not even tell it was repaired. He perfectly matched the non skid and the paint. He promised to have it within a week and delivered 3 days early. I usually don’t post reviews but this business is worth it.

I took my time contacting and comparing local fiberglass shops for a transom replacement. 20 plus calls later, I got a “hello good morning happy Friday” from Idilio at A-1 fiberglass, he explained the process in detail and quoted a reasonable price. I dropped off the boat and met with the team, not only was his price lower than all the companies I called, idilio had his design specialist Nelson review the boat and they both thoroughly explained the process, pricing and work timeframe. I already felt safe with the quality service, attention to detail and overall passion for their work. Idilio stated that he will keep me updated throughout the process and he absolutely kept his word, texting me pictures of the work daily and called several times to offer alternatives and/or new ideas. We ended up going with a fiberglass bench/casting platform which has been phenomenal. There isn’t much space on a 13 ft Boston whaler classic, so this bench allowed me to put the gas tank under it , plus the battery and a panel switch that they also installed along with a stereo and speaker set. Additionally, they made custom fiberglass boxes for the stereo and each speaker to be placed under the seat as well as a fiberglass box casing for my Garmin. I was more than happy with their work, the quality is top notch and they truly live up to their name, A-1. I took my rigid inflatabe boat that sustained transom damage for a repair. This shop and the employees are masters of their craft. The owner Idilio is an honest and knowledgable man. He explained the whole process of repair, sent me pictures of the progress day by day. My boat is not an ordinary boat as it has a complex transom and stern design internal design. The workers knew exactly how to rebuild all the fiberglass including reinforcements and all electrical connections to all the existing components like the bildge pump, the trim tabs, the depth finder and swimming platforms. I visited the shop a couple of times to check the progress and every observation I made was taken into account as the repairs progressed. The transom repair was made stronger than before and they used excellent materials that will last the lifetime of the vessel. When the job was complete, I was stunned at the finish and quality of work. It was as if nothing ever happened. I am very satisfied with the work considering that I am a very picky person and like everything done perfectly. I highly recommend this shop for all boat repairs. From the amount of boats, size of the business, and different sizes of the vessels they had in the shop, you can tell immediately they are pros and have plenty of business. Do not look around any further after you find these guys. Complete satisfaction on my end.
